TINT and Enter the Now



Tint Eindhoven and Enter the Now have consolidated efforts to keep on bringing you some mindfulness every week during the new academic year. Every Tuesday, join us for a short meditation session during lunchtime (12.40-13.20) online on MS Teams.

The meditation sessions will be guided by a member of Enter the Now or TINT, to inspire you for productive study or work time and a life focused in the present moment. No registration is needed, just join us via the link. Relax your mind. Take a break. And enter the now!

Do you feel like meeting new people, and gaining new insights and life skills by learning from each other? TINT hosts events and workshops with the focus on connection, personal development and life questions. Topics such as happiness, wellbeing, identity, diversity, life’s philosophy, motivation, spirituality are addressed in a personal and relaxed atmosphere. Need a more personal conversation? We also provide life coaching. Both Dutch and international students are welcome to join any activity!
