Tint Eindhoven and Enter the Now have consolidated efforts to keep on bringing you some mindfulness every week!

Every Tuesday, join us for a short meditation session during lunchtime (12:40-13:20) online on MS Teams.

The meditation sessions will be guided by a member of Enter the Now or TINT, to inspire you for productive study or work time and a life focused in the present moment.
