Second-ever cum laude doctorate at Built Environment

Late last year, dr. Twan van Hooff obtained his doctorate at Built Environment with a cum laude distinction.

An extraordinary feat, since the very first and only cum laude doctorate had been awarded back in 2008.
Van Hooff showed how to ventilate rooms in an efficient way that saves more energy as well. To that end, he also studied the Amsterdam ArenA.
