I started this higher-education hype a while back. A blink away, I find myself sailing into my third year of Computer Science as a Bachelor, full of stress, anxiety and reckless abandon. The pressure comes from the big question of what to do after uni – do you leave or stay?
All my girls know the struggle of fall in this country. With the record warmth on October 16th, Netherlands’ weather remains more unpredictable than ever. One day you walk out in shorts, breaking in sweat in your commute to class and the next day you’re fretting to find that thick scarf and double-layered winter coat from the depths of your closet. All in all, it’s a big wardrobe conundrum, where every day you part for lectures leaving your room in a haphazard mess of fabric over fabric over floor.
