Tech United working on cheaper soccer robot

Current world champion robot soccer team Tech United is working on a robot with a cost price of 5,000 euro. The TURTLE the TU/e team is using now is approximately 26,000 euro. By lowering the costs, Tech United wants to make the technical sport more accessible. The team hopes to sell at least fifty robots, enough for ten new teams.
