What would you say is the essence of the RoboCup? The stress and emotion. It’s amazing to see the audience cheer for a bunch of robots, and programmers get all teary-eyed upon reaching another milestone. Getting involved in the RoboCup, there’s no way around those emotions.
What’s most stressful for you this week? Making sure all visa applications are approved. Not everyone can get a visa for the Netherlands just like that, so we try to help out to the best of our abilities.
Who should definitely visit the Cup in June? Anyone who wants to witness the future of robotics. It’s a unique opportunity to check out what robotics labs the world over have conjured up right here in the Netherlands.
