Flip has  been ill for a long time but has always been optimistic and was looking forward to the celebration of his 40th service-anniversary in August. Unfortunately this was not meant to be.

We remember Flip as a very social and committed colleague with a great personal interest in others and the things that happened within the department, even during his illness. The Board is grateful for the way in which he fulfilled his duties. We wish his wife, children and family a lot of strength in coping with this great loss.
