ID store in Eindhoven city center

Six (former) students of Industrial Design (ID) have opened a store in the center of Eindhoven. They’re calling on ID students to sell their products through their store. The store offers design products you don’t see every day. The space at Smalle Haven 6 comes with a studio and workshop. The official opening is planned for 1 February.

The initiative sprang from the minds of Wisse Trooster (ID graduate student) and Quinten Peuling (BSc from TU/e), who are the primary tenants of the store with their company qoowl. Former ID students Rhys Duindam of Nupky, Jorg de Bont and Matthijs Jansen of Be markable, and Jelmer de Maat and Quinten Peuling of De Jongens van de TU/e (the boys of TU/e) are subtenants. The owners want to reach a wide audience. The store will be selling home products, music/sound products, and a wooden iPhone cover, among other things.
